Building Description
Credit Check Fee is $25. Requires an income of 2X the amount of rent. Does not accept co-signer. Accepts Section 8. Owner will consider possible Vendor Payments. Willing to work with any previous evictions. Requires a deposit of 1X the amount of rent. Rent amount is negotiable. Will not work with any Rental Assistance Programs (RAP). Unit includes: 1 bath, stove and refrigerator. Water and garbage are paid. No laundry facilities on site, but a Laundromat is nearby. Street parking only. Near Public Transportation. No pets.
