Building Description
Apartments. Deposit 1X amount of rent. Minimum Income Requirement is 3X amount of rent for household collectively. Not wheelchair accessible. Unit includes 1 bath, gas stove, refrigerator, blinds, carpet or hardwood flooring, and coin operated laundry facility on site. Street parking. Refundable key deposit or credit card: $20 for 2 sets of keys and $40 for 4 sets of keys for showings. Multiple languages are available at K & S.

- Credit Check/Application fee is $50

- Accept Co-signers with conditions - Cosigner must fulfill the following two requirements: Owns their own home or property. Has a satisfactory credit score.
