Building Description
Apartments - Deposit Inquire. Income Requirement is 2.5X amount of rent. Wheelchair - No. For appointment please contact Alejandra, Manager on Site (510) 830-9076. Pricing is subject to change. Actual amounts may include additional mandatory or optional fees. Units include: Bath, Stove Top/Oven, Refrigerator, Granite Countertop, Laminate Flooring and a balcony or patio. Laundry facility onsite. Detached Garage Parking for $100 monthly. No Smoking. Renters Insurance Required.
- Garbage, Water and Sewer are paid.
- Application Fee $50. Must bring own Credit Report.
