Building Description
Credit Check Fee is $39.95. No specified income requirements (call for more information). Does not accept Section 8. Does not accept Vendor Pay. Does not accept cosigner. Will not work with previous evictions. Deposits are $2,500 for 2 Bdrm w/rent ; $3,000-$3,100 for 2 Bdrms+Loft w/rent and $3,500 for 3 Bdrm w/rent. Will not work with Rental Assistance Programs (RAP). Units includes: two baths, loft, electric stove, refrigerator, and blinds, dishwasher, space saver microwave. Coin operated laundry facility onsite, phone lines in each room, double paned windows, insulated thick walls, 24-hour entry video recording viewable on close circuit channels from your television. Water and Garbage is paid. Garage parking for extra fee. Near schools and shops. Near Public Transportation. No Pets except for caged or enclosed (Fish, Hamsters). 2nd floor 2 bedroom rear units 205 and 206 have patios. 4th floor 2 bedroom units 401, 402 have lofts and very high ceilings and balconies and view of Berkeley Hills and rear units 405 have great views of SF from bedrooms. Also all 2 and 3 bedrooms have 2 full baths making it comfortable for 4 people total in 2 bedroom and 5 people in 3 bedrooms.
