The waiting list for studio and 1-bedroom units at Lawrence Moore Manor opens on November 13, 2024, at 9:00 AM. Applications will be available to submit online. Please visit www.sahahomes.org/apply for more information. A valid email address is required to apply online. Online applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on December 4, 2024.
Eligibility:
To be eligible, the applicant must be at least 62 years of age or older as Head of Household or co-Head of Household or spouse. Qualifying applicants with minor children are still eligible.

Paper applications will be available to pick up at 1909 Cedar Street Berkeley, CA 94709 at these times:
- November 13 - December 4. Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-12:00 PM
Paper applications will be available in the community room through the rear parking lot. Please follow the instructions on-site.
Please mail applications to P.O. Box 2605, Berkeley, CA 94709. Applications returned by mail must be postmarked by December 4, 2024, AND received at the P.O. Box by 5:00 PM on December 11, 2024.
A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. All applications will be placed on the waiting list for consideration.
