Building Description
Min. Income 2.5X the rent. Not Wheelchair Accessible. Units have private patio, w/fireplace, washer/dryer in unit. All units have: self cleaning ovens, frost-free refrigerators, w/w carpeting, dishwashers, garbage disposals, patio/balcony, air-conditioning, high speed internet, in-home laundry. Amenities: covered parking, coin-operated laundry facility, fitness center, and pool. There are a total of 292 units in the building.
- Tenant pays all utilities.
- Credit Check Fee is $45.
- Section 8 Welcome.
