Building Description
Income Requirement is 3X the amount of rent. Contact (925) 454-1092. MUST CALL FOR AN APPOINTMENT. Some units are wheelchair accessible. Units include: bath, stove, refrigerator, air conditioning, coin-operated laundry facility onsite, onsite manager, pool. Parking is first come, first serve for tenants. No Smoking.
