No Credit Check Required. No specific income requirements. Accepts Section 8. Does not accept Vendor Pay. Does not accept co-signer. No Evictions. Requires a deposit of $1X. Does not work with Rental Assistance Program (RAP). Tenant pays all utilities. Not near public transportation. No pets. Not wheelchair accessible. MUST ALREADY HAVE A SECTION 8 VOUCHER. EVEN IF NOT FROM ALAMEDA-MAY DO PORTABILITY. No Credit Check Required. No specific income requirements. Accepts Section 8. Does not accept Vendor Pay. Does not accept co-signer. Will work with previous evictions. Requires a deposit of 1X the amount of rent. May work with the Rental Assistance Programs (RAP). Garden-style , two-story unit includes: Gas stove, refrigerator, carpets, washer/dryer hookup, small yarad, close to shopping and public transportation. No pets.
