Building Description
There is a $35.00, cash only, nonrefundable application & processing fee for each adult. No specific income requirements. Does not accept Section 8. Does not accept Vendor Pay. Cosigners can be used only if no credit history or rental history. May work with previous evictions. Deposit is $600. May not work with Rental Assistance Programs (RAP). Studio includes: 1 full bath, stove, refrigerator, blinds and carpet. Garbage, Water are paid. Near Public Transportation.
