Actual In-Person Interview for move in at the end of the month of March 2023. * VERIFIABLE EMPLOYMENT with hours working outside of the home, no fluctuacting hours in retail, please. Monday - Friday employment, full time and at least 1 year on the job. Bank Statement, Verifiable Credit Score and References Required. Must have a permanent, secured employment with an established company or learning institution. May accept tenant with Social Security Income of at $2,000 per month, combined in addition to their part time employment. Rent a room in a 2 Bedroom apartment, very quiet, low-key; with shared bathroom and access to common areas and full kitchen. Single Occupancy Only, no children. Age 25 and over. There is no maid service offered. Must be able to clean accordingly. No lounging accepted. (The party does not come home). This rental is a peaceful environment. Daytime employment preferred. Room is fully furnished. There is 1 shared baths, stove, refrigerator, microwave. No room for storage. This is a transitional housing opportunity. This is a walking community, parking is a hassle. Best to do transport through Uber, Lyft or BART. Close to major bus stop at Lakeshore & 18th Avenue.
- Utilities included within reason. Overusage of the basics will be charged.
- No Credit Check, but must submit FICO Credit Score from the 3 credit bureaus. References required.
- Does not accept co-signers.
- Near Public Transportation and grocery store.
