Building Description
Credit Check Fee is $39.95. Income requirement is 3Xs the amount of rent. Accepts Section 8. Vendor Pay only used when necessary. Accepts cosigner when tenants employment is 2 years or less. May work with previous evictions on a case by case basis. Deposit is $1,050. May work with Rental Assistance Program (RAP). Unit includes: 1 bath, gas stove, refrigerator, carpet, blinds, living room, parking is on the street. Garbage is paid. Near Public Transportation. Near schools and shops. No Pets. Not wheelchair accessible.
