Building Description
Fourplex - Min. Income Requirement is 2.5X the rent. Unit includes: 1 bath, stove, refrigerator, garbage disposal, 1 off street parking space and onsite laundry facility.
- Garbage & Water is paid.
- Credit Check is $35 - $45 per age 18 up.
- Section 8 Welcome.
