Maximum Income Limit for 1 Person is $37,500. Deposit is 1X the amount of rent. NO VACANCY. WAIT LIST OPEN. Unit includes: 1 Bath, Stove, Refrigerator, Carpeting, Mini-Blinds. A limited number of accessible units for the mobility impaired. Community Amenities and Services: On-Site Laundry Facility, Community Room for regularly scheduled social and recreational events, Limited gated parking, Community Garden. Smoke-Free Property.
