Applications open 11:30 a.m. 03/25/2024 until 04/05/2024 11:59 p.m. or paper applications postmarked by 04/05/2024. Applications will be entered in a lottery; this is not a first-come, first-served process. You will be informed of your wait list position within 120 days. Must be age 62 and Over. Rent must not exceed 30% of income. Deposit is $250. Maximum Income is 80% of AMI. Wheelchair accessible. Deposit is $250. Unit includes: 1 Bath, Stove, Refrigerator. Amenities: Inner courtyard w/ BBQ Grills, Gazebo & Rose Bushes; Community Room, Elevators, Computer Room. Laundry Facility Onsite. Parking Onsite.
