Building Description
Bed - Share a room in a 3 bedroom/1 bath house. Must be 55 plus years old. Rent is $900. Deposit is $900. Prefer single male mature who is responsible, neat and clean. Must have verifiable source of income eg. SSI and complete an intake interview. Must be able to meet rent requirement. House includes: 1 Bath, Stove, Refrigerator, Washer/Dryer, Off Street and Street Parking. Furnished Room not private, no private bath. Not wheelchair accessible.
