Minimum Income Requirement 3X the rent. Not Wheelchair Accessible. Upstairs Unit includes: 1 Bath, Tile Flooring in Living/Dining Room, Carpet in Bedrooms, Washer & Dryer Hookups, Gas Stove, Microhood.
- Owner pays Water. Tenant pays all other utilities.
- Credit Check Fee is $35 per adult.
- Section 8 Welcome.
