Income Requirement 3X the amount of rent (applicant combined gross income). Unit includes: 1 Bath, Kitchen Cabinets, Granite Counters, Tile Flooring in Kitchen and Bathroom, Dual Pane Windows, Gated Entry, 1 Assigned Parking Space, Onsite Laundry, Shared Yard. Inquire regarding Appliances.
- Tenant pays all utilities.
- 1 application per adult. Credit Check Fee per application is $35.
- Not accepting Section 8.
