Building Description

Shared Rooms are $850 a month / Single Rooms w/bath are $1,300 monthly. $400.00 deposit. 80 plus Room and Board homes throughout Alameda and San Joaquin County for clients living with mental or physical disability, 2/90 status (no child abuse) and HIV diagnosis. Prefer single men and women, responsible, neat and clean. Will consider single male or single female with a child. Some buildings wheelchair accessible. Three meals provided daily. Rooms are furnished. Tenants have their own lockers for their medications. Case management provided by outside agencies. Laundry services available. Off street parking is available. Movie nights, karaoke and chess nights

All utilities are included in rent.
Will work with Vendor Pay programs and Deposit Assistance Programs (RAP).
