Min. income 2X the rent. Wheelchair Yes. Expected to begin moving in April – May 2022. Waiting list is open from October 4 and closes November 1, 2021 at 5 PM. Units will be filled via lottery. There is no advantage to turning in your application on the first day. Apply on-line through the Alameda County Housing Portal https://housing.acgov.org/listings.
You can also download a paper application from the same website or pick up an application at 1970 Broadway, Oakland. Office hours are 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. The leasing office is closed on weekends and will be closed on October 15th. Unit includes: The affordable community will be part of a larger mixed-use district that includes retail, parks, and open spaces, and over 3,000 new homes for all generations, all income levels. Dishwasher, refrigerator, garbage disposal, resident wifi, ceiling fan. Onsite laundry facility, garage parking, children’s play area, elevator, community room, onsite resident services, youth after school program.
