Clean and Sober Living for Women and Women w/ Children. Share a 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath House. Must be clean to get in. Random Alcohol & Drug Testing. Must attend AA or NA Meetings. There is a 10:00 Curfew on Weekdays; 11:00 Curfew on Weekends. Must buy / prepare own food and buy own hygiene supplies. No Credit Check Required. Must have income and ability to pay. Accepts Vendor Pay. Does not accept co-signer. Will work with previous evictions. May work with Rental Assistance Program (RAP). Communal Living: Shared room, dorm style, bunkbeds. Will share Baths,Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave, Washer/Dryer. WIFI, Cable TV. Electric, Heat, Garbage, Water are paid. Parking available. Near Public Transportation. No Alcohol or Drugs. No pets.
