2 Bedroom Apartment. Non-subsidized Rent: $1,975. Section 8 rent: $2,290. Security Deposit: $2,960 – 3,435. Wheelchair Inquire. Recommended minimum income (for households without a housing subsidy such as Section 8): $59,250. Applicant household total combined GROSS ANNUAL income (of ALL household members) cannot exceed 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI)*.
