Building Description
Bed (Room Share) - Rent starts at $800. Admin Fee: $300. Share a 5 Bedroom/3 Bath House Clean and Sober Living for men or women. No specific income requirement. Evictions OK. No Drugs or Alcohol Allowed. No severe mental health issues and no history of violence. Will share room, bath, kitchen with stove and refrigerator. Washer/Dryer Hookup. Parking is on the street. Services included: non-medical Support Services, trained In-Home Care Providers, Essential Services for daily living, Meal Preparation, daily Chores & Laundry Services, Making Appointments, Transportation, Paying Bills, and simply being there for Emotional Support. Total of 10 Beds.
- All utilities are paid.
- No Credit Check, but there is a Screening, Phone Interview and In-Person Interview.
- Accepts Cosigner.
