Building Description
CLOSED application period is being extended starting April 25th and continuing until all units are occupied.
Rent 30% of income Deposit Inquire No minimum income. At least one member meets the definition of Developmentally Disabled include intellectual disability, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and autism and will need to be verified by either the Regional Center of the East Bay (RCEB) or another Regional Center. Applications process opens 4/25/2022. No closing date as yet. Application is available for download online at www.midpen-housing.org/Avance or at the Leasing Office, located at 4763 Bennett Dr., Livermore 94551 between the hours of 8:30am – 12:00pm and from 1:00pm – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Applications may also be accepted via email at avance@midpen-housing.org or via US Mail. Wheelchair inquire. Property includes Onsite laundry facility, community garden, onsite resident services and events, limited carport parking available.
