Building Description
Require a $20 Nonrefundable application and credit check for Each and Every person over 18 years old who will be living in the unit or Cosigning. No specific income requirements. Accepts Section 8. May accepts Vendor Pay. Will not work with previous evictions. Deposit is $1,200. May work with Rental Assistance Program (RAP). Condo includes: 1 bath, Electric stove, refrigerator and dishwasher.
