Building Description
Anticipated rent (approximate and subject to discussion): $900+/bed (2 beds per room) or $1500+/room in the main house, $1800 for the ADU or the ADU can have 2 Beds in the room – $1,000 per bed.
No specific Income Requirement. Deposit is 2X the rent. Not Wheelchair Accessible. Unit includes 4 Bedrooms, 2 Baths (3 Bedrooms/1 Bath in Main Unit and 1 Bedroom/1 Bath in ADU Unit), 2 kitchens, fully renovated. Included: Furnishings, Utilities, supplies, linens, cutlery silverware.
