Deposit is 1X amount of rent. Income Requirement is a combined 3X the amount of rent. Additionally, overall debt (including rent and other payments) should not exceed 55% of that income total. Unit includes: 3.5 Baths, 2 w/claw foot tubs, four/five burner commercial stove with ceramic gas grill and 36 inch commercial hood , two kitchen sinks plus bar sink, refrigerator, two mini-fridges, dishwasher, two deep freezers, backsplash, sectional couch w pullout sofa, hardwood flooring, shared yard in back, small upper deck, and limited front rooftop deck, inside laundry w/front-load LG washer/dryer, outside laundry w/two LG front-load washers, dryer (shared with other tenants), tankless water heaters with redundant plumbing circuits for no-failure endless hot water, a/v system with projector, exterior motion/day-night lights, keyless entry in front, back and side with separate locks for each room, windows and skylights throughout the entire unit. Bedrooms: No. 1 w/bay window section; No. 2 w/its own half bathroom; No. 3 w/includes 3x4.5 closet w window; No. 4 is 218 sq ft, main room at 14 by 11.5, w/full bathroom plus closet is 10.5 by 5.4 ft, includes double wardrobe and a Loft w/ 450 sq ft with an additional 400 sq ft of storage, it has seven skylights.
