Building Description
Condo - Deposit 1X the amount of rent. Minimum Income Requirement is 3X the amount of rent, a combined gross monthly income of all leaseholders. Wheelchair - No. Must Apply Online at https://msbpropertymanagement.appfolio.com/listings/ and click on Apply Now button in the online listing. Unit includes: 2 Baths, tiled flooring in kitchen and bathroom, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer in unit, hardwood flooring throughout, sliding doors to balcony. Amenities include: garage parking, pool, fitness center, and lounge area. MSB requires that all tenants obtain/maintain coverage for personal property and liability insurance for the duration of their tenancy.
