The Waiting list for Tax-Credit and Project Based Voucher (PBV) Studio, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units at Ancora Place opens on February 28, 2024 at 9:00 AM. Applications will be available to submit online through the Alameda County Housing Portal. Please visit www.sahahomes.org/apply, for more information. Email address is required to apply on line. Online applications must be submitted by 5:00PM on March 13,2024.
Paper applications will also be available to pick up and drop off at 1245 23rd avenue, Oakland,CA 94606 at these times:
- Thursday February 29. 2024 at 9AM - 4PM
- Tuesday March, 5, 2024, 9AM - 4PM
- Thursday, March 7, 2024, 9AM - 4PM
- Tuesday March 12, 2024, 9AM - 4PM
Paper application must be mailed to the address listed on the application. Applications must be postmarked by March 13, 2024 AND received by the manager's office by 5:00PM on March 20, 2024.
A lottery will be conducted for all applicants received by the deadline. All applications will be placed on the waiting list for consideration. If additional applications are needed, we reserve the right to process the next applications in lottery order.
Only complete and original applications will be accepted. Only one application per household. Duplicate applications will not be entered into the lottery. The 24=hour support phone line will open on Friday 28, 2024 at 9:00AM and close on March 13, 2024 at 5:00PM. Please call the phone number above or email: Acora@Sahahomes.org for assistance.
We will evaluate the individual circumstance of each application, will consider additional information submitted by applicant, and will accommodations when requested, verified, and necessary. Person with disabilities are encouraged to apply. 5 floors. 66 affordable units
