Building Description
Duplex - Deposit is 1X amount of rent. No Specific Income Requirement. Wheelchair - No. Unit includes: Bath with Shower/Tub Combo and ceramic tile, Kitchen w/gas stove and hood, Refrigerator, Granite Countertops, Microwave and Dishwasher. Hardwood Floors throughout, Ceiling Fans, In Unit Washer/Dryer, Shared Back Yard and Street Parking Only. Renters Insurance required ($75K). No Smoking. Applications are not provided until after you have viewed- in person a unit. Please call the office for viewing information.
