Building Description
WAIT LIST OPEN – Wait period 1 – 2 years.
An increased security deposit will be required for households with pets. Min. Income Requirement 2.5X the rent and a maximum income below 50% and 80% AMI. Deposit is $700 upon approval. Wheelchair accessible. For Applications and Income Eligibility, go to the leasing office or www.rentcafe.com. All Units include: Full Bath, stainless steel appliances and quartz-stone countertops, stove, refrigerator, disposal, dishwasher, assigned parking. Additional monthly fees apply for parking, pets, or storage. Amenities includes: fitness center, rooftop lounge with views and a self-serve pet wash station.
