Avance 4260 First Street Livermore, CA 94551 Contact Number: 650-356-2900 Avance (formerly known as Sunflower Hill Livermore) will provide 44 units of affordable housing for adult with developmental disabilities. The 12 Studio apartments and 32 one-bedroom apartments have been awarded 25 Project-Based Vouchers. The interest list is now open. Go to https://www.midpen-housing.org/property/avance/ and click on Inquire to add your name to the list to be informed once the formal application process starts.  Availability posted 4/21/2021
