Building Description
Income Requirement is 2.5 X the rent. Maximum Income Requirement is 50% of AMI. Wheelchair accessible. WAIT LIST OPEN. Subsidized Housing for seniors 62 and over. Deposit is 1X the amount of rent. RENT & DEPOSIT AMOUNTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. Please call to inquire. Units include: 1 full bath, living room, kitchen with Energy Star rated dishwashers, garbage disposals, refrigerators, ovens, ranges w/hoods. Bldg. have: community room, balconies, laundry rooms on 2nd and 3rd floors, all floors have storage rooms w/lockers, formal garden w/seating, parking will be in rear and along side of building, carports also available in the rear.
