Bed Transitional Must be Drug And Alcoholly disabled. - No Credit Check Required. No specific income requirements. Does not accept Section 8. Does not accept Vendor Pay. Does not accept cosigner. Accepts GA, SSI and SSA. or Employed. No Deposit. Rent Scale is: If you go to their Outpatient Program $270. If you choose another outpatient program that is not with their agency $300. When employed, rent will be $400. Please inquire as amounts may have changed. Does not work with Rental Assistance Program (RAP). This is a tri-plex building with two rooms per unit for Men who are recovering from Drugs & Alcohol only. Must be independent, have a daily routine and can manage day to day activities. All utilities included. Length of stay is 2 years, will negotiate longer stay. Life skill Counseling provided. Near Public Transportation. No Pets. Not wheelchair accessible. Smoking allowed outside only.
