Submit information on portal. Once pre-approved, we will send invitation to apply requesting income documentation, tax returns and payment of deposit and application fees. Once income-approved, we will invite to apply with community. Move-in now through early February.
1 Bedroom Apartment. Rent $2,200. Deposit $500-$2,700, with approved credit. Min. Income $5,500. Max Income: for 1-$10,345 per Mon., $124,250 per yr. For 2-$11,833 per Mon., $142,000 per. yr. Eviction OK on case-by-case. Wheelchair OK.
City of Dublin Housing Preferences
Total preference points will be added up and households will be ranked highest to lowest by points accumulated: Live in Dublin (3 points), Immediate Family (1 point), Displaced Resident (1 point), Works in Dublin (3 points), Public Service Employee (1 additional point), Permanently Disabled (1 point), Senior (1 point), Veteran (1 point)
After all preference holders have been considered, any remaining units will be available to other qualified applicants.
