Building Description
Credit Check Fee is $22. Income requirement is 2.5Xs the amount of rent. Accepts Section 8. Does not accept Vendor Pay. Accepts cosigner. Will not work with previous evictions. Deposit is $1,200. Does not work with Rental Assistance Program (RAP). Units include: 1 bath, stove, refrigerator, laundry facility 1 block away, walk-in closets, new windows, off street parking w/storage for extra $40 a month. Water and Garbage are paid. Near schools and shops. Near Public Transportation. Bird allowed. Some Spanish language available.
