INQUIRE RENT (Basic Rent is $1752 but for the Assisted Living there is $1250 added for Care Plan and Meals) Rent can range from $800 to $3500 depending on point system. There is no deposit required for this wait list Must be age 60 or older. Wheelchair Yes. There is no Minimum Income. Maximum income for a single individual is: $62,160 per year and $71,040 per year for a couple. Units include: Bath, full kitchen with contemporary appliances, granite countertops and walk-in closets in most units, double pane windows, decks or patios in most units, and stackable washers/dryers in most units. INDEPENDENT LIVING AMENITIES: Fun Activities and social events, excursions, happy hour, movie nights. Complimentary Wifi, Concierge services (personal shopping, private transportation), 24/7 staff, Emergency call systems in all apartments, Access to guest suites, Full full-service fitness rooms, and personal training available. Free parking.

- Application Process goes through HUD with $25 fee paid once accepted
