1 & 2 bedroom Apartment - Rent for 1 bedroom is $1,995 2 bedroom is $2,095. Deposit is 1x the amount of rent. Minimum income 2.5X the rent. Not Wheelchair Accessible. Depending on unit size Unit includes: 1 bath, stove, refrigerator, hardwood floors, huge walk in closet, gated entry, elevator, patios with grills, and community room for parties. Coin operated laundry onsite. Both on and off parking.
