Credit Check Fee is $45. No specific income requirements. Accepts Section 8. Does not accept Vendor Pay. Does not accept cosigner. Will not work with previous evictions. Deposit is $1,950. Will work with Rental Assistance Program (RAP). House includes: 2 baths, stove, refrigerator, garbage disposal, dishwasher. House is off street down easement driveway at the back of property. Off street parking. Garbage is paid. Near Public Transportation. Near schools and shops. Pets negotiable with an additional nonrefundable pet deposit, size up to 30lbs. Not wheelchair accessible.
