Does Not Accept Section 8. Accepts Vendor Pay depending on program. Does not accept cosigner. Will work with previous evictions on a case by case basis. Deposit is 1X the amount of rent. Will work with Rental Assistance Programs (RAP) Units are furnished with 1 bath, stove, refrigerator and heater. Community room has a sink without kitchen. Laundry Facility Onsite. Garbage and Water are paid. No pets, but will accommodate companion animal. Will accommodate for wheelchair accessibility.
