Building Description
Credit Check Fee is $35. No specific income requirements. Accepts Section 8. Does not accept Vendor Pay. Does not accept cosigner. Will not work with previous evictions. Deposit is $1,800. Will work with Rental Assistance Program (RAP). Units includes: 1.5 baths, stove, refrigerator, parking is on the street. Garbage is paid. Near Public Transportation. Near schools and shops. No Pets. Not wheelchair accessible.
