One Male room for rent at $850 to $900 per month. Rent for 1 Single Room w/ Shower in Bathroom is $1500 and Room & Board Fee is $1500 - Room & Board Fee is Negotiable. Evictions OK. Rental Agreement Required. Inquire regarding Wheelchair Access. Share a three-bedroom house with Males and Females. There are two people to each room, either 2 women or 2 men. Will share bath, microwave in kitchen, with permission, and all other living areas. Daily meals provided Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Off street parking available. Laundry available every Saturday.
