Contact Espy at (510) 581-7673. Credit Check Required. Credit Check Fee is $45. Income Requirement is 2X the amount of rent. Does not Accept Section 8. Accepts Vendor Pay. May accept Cosigner. Will not work with any previous evictions. Requires a deposit of $1750 for 1 bdrm and $3000 for 3 bdrm. Will work with Rental Assistance Programs (RAP). Back 1 bedroom duplex unit includes 1 bath, stove and refrigerator. Front 3 bdrm unit includes 1 bath, stove and washer/dryer hookups. Garbage and Gardener are paid. Street and Off Street Parking. Near Public Transportation. Near schools and shops. No Pets.
