Building Description
Credit check is $35. Requires an income of 3X the amount of rent. Does not accept section 8. Does not accept cosigner. Will not work with previous evictions. Deposit is $600 to 1X the amount of rent depending on credit score. Some units are wheelchair accessible. All units include 1 bath, stove, refrigerator, carpet, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. One car port, some include fireplace and garage. On site coin laundry. Near public transportation, shops, and schools. Only 2 pets per household. Will accept first pet with a $500 deposit and pet rent is $25 dollars a month. An additional pet is $250 deposit and an additional $25 per month pet rent. Breeding restrictions apply.
