Building Description
SECTION 8 WAIT LIST CLOSED
Deposits are $600. Requires a minimum income of 2X the monthly rent and a maximum income below 120% AMI. Minimum and Maximum income requirements apply for BMR units. Minimum is waived if on Section 8. Wheelchair-Yes. Unit includes: Bath, Stainless Steel Stove, Refrigerator, Granite kitchen and bath countertops, Built-in butcher block, Private Balcony or Patio, Washer/Dryer in units, Light Maple or Cherry Wood flooring, Pendant and Track Lighting, Off Street Parking – inquire regarding fees. Amenities: Outdoor Lounge w/fireplace, grilling and dining, Package lockers, 24-hour front desk, Controlled access entry, Resident Lounge w/media and shuffleboard, Water features and Public Arts exhibit and park.
