Apartment - Dep. 1X amount of rent. Income required 3X the amount of rent for household collectively. Contact K and S Company at (510) 528-1900 or apply online at https://www.kands.com. Call Danielle.Resident Manager, at 510-325-9200 for an appointment to view this unit. Units include: 1 bath w/tiled floors, Tiled kitchen, granite counters. Refinished hardwood flooring, coin-operated laundry, available extra storage and some available off street parking. Refundable key deposit or credit card: $20 for 2 sets of keys and $40 for 4 sets of keys for showings. Multiple languages are available at K & S.
- Water and Garbage are paid.
- Credit Check Fee is $50 per applicant.
