Building Description
WAIT LIST OPEN. NO VACANCY. BMR units for disabled and special needs. Income must not exceed 30% of median income. Requires a deposit of 1X the amount of rent. Wheelchair accessible. Contact No. (510) 618-1680. Pick up application at site or call manager to request accommodation to mail.
Community Features: Air Conditioning, Storage Space, One on One Case Management, Instruction on Living Skills and Vocational Training, Community Room, Elevators, Onsite Laundry. Outside Amenities include: Patio, Raised Planter Gardens and and Orchard and Lawn. Total of 16 disabled units.
