Eligibility
- Head of household must be 55 years or older at the time of application. If there are any additional members, they must be age 45 or older or meet an exception. This opening is specifically for units reserved for Military Veterans. At least one household member must be a Veteran.
The waiting list for 1-bedroom Veteran units at Valley View Senior Homes opens on February 7, 2024 at 9:00 AM.
Applications will be available online to print. Applications must be returned by mail to 1 Natalie Lane, American Canyon, CA 94503. Applications must be postmarked by February 14, 2024 AND received by the manager’s office by 5:00 PM on February 21, 2024. Applications will be available to pick up and drop off at the property at the following times:
- Thursday, February 8, 2024, 9am – 5pm
- Tuesday, February 13. 2024, 9am – 5pm
A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. The top 100 applications will be placed on the waiting list for consideration. The 24-hour support phone line will open on February 7, 2024 at 9:00 AM and close on February 14, 2024 at 5:00 PM. Please call (888) 505-1544 for assistance.
