· Friday March 28, 11-1:00 and 2:- 5:00
· Tuesday April 1, 1 - 5:00· Paper applications can be dropped off on these days or postmarked by April 2, 2025 .A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. The top 500 applications will be placed on the waiting list based on lottery rank.
The 24-hour support phone line (877) 570-5358, will be open during the duration of the waiting list opening. Persons with disabilities have the right to request reasonable accommodations to participate in the application process.
