Building Amenities: Community Room with Kitchen, Library, Craft & Game Room, Lanescape Areas with Community Garden, Assigned Surface Parking, On-Site Professional Management.
- Water & Garbage are paid by Owner. All other utilities and services such as electricity, telephone & cable are the responsibility of the resident.
- Credit Check Fee is $25 per adult, but do not need to pay credit check to apply for pre-applications.
