Building Description
Credit Check Fee is $20. No specific income requirements. Accepts Section 8. Accepts cosigner. Accepts Vendor Pay. Will not work with any previous evictions. Requires a deposit of 1X the amount of rent. Will not work with Rental Assistance Programs (RAP). Unit includes 1 bath, stove and refrigerator. Laundry hookup is available. One parking space per unit. All utilities are paid by tenant. Near Public Transportation. Pets are allowed. Owner speaks French, Italian and Spanish.
